1. Agreement

By using meridianbcg.com, interacting with our Facebook / Meta Page for Meridian parent services, or engaging Meridian Business & Civic Group consulting/civic services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you enter a paid engagement, that contract controls if there is a conflict. CareOS by Meridian has its own product Terms and Privacy Policy on the CareOS site.

2. Who we are / what we are not

Meridian Business & Civic Group, LLC provides consulting, civic document services (Austin metro focus), and software products. We are not a law firm, CPA firm, medical provider, EHR, therapy practice, or licensed home-health / personal-care agency. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, or medical advice. For emergencies call 911.

3. Civic services

Wet-ink and mobile notary, signing agent, and apostille services are offered for the Austin metro region subject to availability and identification rules. Online/remote notarization may be listed as Coming soon and is not guaranteed. Meridian Business & Civic Group may limit notary acts to Texas credentials. Notary acts are not legal advice.

4. Legal consulting

Legal consulting offerings may be marked Coming soon. When live, attorney services are provided by licensed counsel under separate terms; Meridian Business & Civic Group may provide process/ops support. Meridian Business & Civic Group does not itself practice law through this site or Page.

5. Healthcare consulting & software

Credentialing, payor enrollment, licensing support, and AI/software optimization are professional services subject to SOW. CareOS by Meridian and Synapse Play^™ by Meridian (when available) have product-specific terms and privacy policies on the CareOS site.

6. Accounts & acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.

7. Payments

Fees are as quoted or listed in Stripe/invoice. Processing may use Stripe or other processors. Refunds follow the applicable SOW.

8. Geographic focus

Civic and notary services focus on the Austin metro region of Texas. Meridian Business & Civic Group may limit notary to Texas credentials. Software and consulting engagements may be offered where Meridian Business & Civic Group accepts work after review.

9. Disclaimers & liability

Site content is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, Meridian Business & Civic Group disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages. Some limits may not apply where prohibited.
