1. Who we are

Meridian Business & Civic Group, LLC (“Meridian Business & Civic Group,” “we,” “us”) provides consulting, civic document services (including notary and apostille services focused on the Austin metro region), and software products. Contact: 737-429-1271 · admin@meridianbcg.com.

CareOS by Meridian has its own product Privacy Policy and Terms on the CareOS site. This Meridian Business & Civic Group Privacy Policy covers the parent site and Meridian Business & Civic Group consulting/civic inquiries — it does not replace the CareOS product policy.

2. What we collect

• Contact and identity details you submit (name, email, phone, organization, zip).
• Survey and inquiry content (civic, healthcare consulting interest, waitlists), and Meta Page interaction metadata as provided by Meta.
• Booking and billing details when you purchase Meridian Business & Civic Group services (processed via Stripe / invoicing tools).
• Technical data (IP, device, pages viewed) for security and site analytics.

3. How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and schedule civic or consulting services.
• Provide and improve Meridian Business & Civic Group services.
• Send operational notices (confirmations, onboarding steps, security alerts).
• Comply with law and protect against fraud or misuse.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with processors who help us operate (e.g., Google Workspace, Stripe, Notion, Slack, email, hosting) under contracts, and with counsel or authorities when required. Attorney collaborators (e.g., for legal consulting when live) receive only what is needed for that engagement.

5. Retention & security

We retain information as needed for services, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

6. Your choices

Email admin@meridianbcg.com to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable under Texas and other applicable law. Marketing opt-out is available where we send marketing (operational messages may continue).

7. Children

Services are directed to adults and organizations, not children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change. Material changes will be posted on this page at https://meridianbcg.com/privacy.
