How we use Dialpad / message types

We use Dialpad to facilitate direct two-way operational communication with our stakeholders. This includes: (1) sending calendar confirmations and reminders for upcoming civic meetings, workshops, advisory sessions, and community events; (2) delivering project updates, committee announcements, and logistical alerts; and (3) conducting one-on-one customer service and follow-up communications when clients or members contact our team directly.
