The founders

Ben Randolph

President, Managing Member

Ben leads Meridian's day-to-day work. He came up through healthcare credentialing, managing provider enrollment and multi-payer credentialing for Austin-area practices, and started his career in accounting with years of tax preparation and nonprofit bookkeeping. He is a commissioned Texas Notary Public.

Owen Marvin

Co-Founder

Owen co-founded Meridian with Ben and remains an owner of the company. He isn't involved in day-to-day client work. His time goes to Rowen Systematics, a separate company he leads.
